When you sign in, we keep what the sign-in provider tells us about you:

• Google — your name, email address and profile picture, plus the account identifier Google gives us and the token it issues so we can complete the sign-in.
• Telegram — your first and last name, username, profile picture and Telegram user id. No email, because Telegram does not give us one.

Then, as you use the site:

• Which nights you check into, how many guests you are bringing, and whether you have a seat or are on the waitlist.
• Whether you signed up on the site or by tapping a button in our Telegram group.
• Ratings and comments you leave after a night, and whether you chose to attach your name to them.

We ask for nothing else. There are no payments through this site, so we never see card details, and we do not ask for your address, date of birth or phone number.

To know who is coming so the room is set up for the right number of people, to run the waitlist fairly, to let you see your own history, and to show the organisers what players thought of a night. That is all of it.

• Organisers. Admins can see who is coming to a night. If you leave a rating anonymously, they see the score but not your name.
• Other players. Your first name appears on the list of who is coming, on the site and in the post in our Telegram group.
• Google and Telegram, only in as much as you chose to sign in with them. We do not send them anything else about you.

Nobody else. The site is not connected to any analytics or advertising service.

On a single private server in Frankfurt, Germany, rented from DigitalOcean. The connection to this site is encrypted. Backups stay on the same server.

One cookie to keep you signed in, and one to protect forms from being submitted by other sites. Both are necessary for the site to work. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.

We keep your account while you use the club, so your history of nights and ratings stays intact. Ask us and we will delete it — the account, the check-ins and the ratings — and we will do it within a reasonable time and tell you when it is done. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or for something to be corrected.

Email the administrator of this website at 4all.ilyxa@gmail.com about anything on this page — what is stored, a correction, or having your account deleted. For anything about the nights themselves, find an organiser at the bar.

If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. If it ever changes in a way that matters, we will say so on the site rather than quietly editing the page.
